As computer systems get more and more complicated, managing them becomes even more difficult. The number of viruses and malware alone is enough to scare just about anyone who touches a computer. From teaching you how to secure your desktop to showing you how to get the most out of the tools you use daily, this site is intended to not only show you how to better use your computer, but how to do it smarter. Maybe you'll learn something new in the process. Be sure to check out the articles section for ways to tighten down your network. We'll show you the latest tricks that criminals use to try to gain access to your system. We will also show you how to defend against them.
This is your site as much as mine. Looking for help with a specific problem, but don't see the right category here? Drop me a line and I'll see what I can do. If you still can't find an answer, check out the forums to see if someone else may have the answers you need. Of course, no one person can do everything. That is why I am asking for volunteers to help share information with their fellow users. Simply fill out the form in the Contact Us section to let me know how you can help. I'll get you set up with the rooms and access you need. |
